Takeshi Nagase Solo Exhibition
— Pulsating Light —
The warmth of skin,
the light held within the eyes,
the sense of blood flowing through the veins,
the delicate trembling of flower petals—
I have carefully painted each of these subtle signs of life.
Within the finite time we are given, our lives continue in ceaseless motion. Through my paintings, I seek to transform this fundamental vitality—at once fragile and powerful—into something visible.
Within the figures I portray, I hope viewers may feel, together with the light, a resonance of life that echoes their own heartbeat.
