[Shipping]
・The shipment will be delivered approximately three weeks after payment is confirmed.
・Items will be delivered via courier service.
・Shipping & delivery fee to be paid on delivery. →The delivery fee varies depending on the location and the work, so we will tell you each time.
・ Please understand that it may take longer for delivery due to demand and production time.

[International Shipping]
・Please fill out the purchase order form. We will inform you the shipping charges (based on your address).
・When you agree with the shipping charge, we will email you a “PayPal” invoice.
・Once we have received your payment in full, we will have your order processed.
・Please confirm EMS providing delivery service to the area/country of the shipment. → EMS Worldwide Operators
・We will send a confirmation when your item ships. → Track your package

[Return and Exchange]
At Sumire Gallery, we have made every effort to maintain our commitment to the highest quality standards for our services and products.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us using the “Inquiry Form” within 7 days after delivery. We may ask you to send photos of the item being returned or exchanged.

・Please return it C.O.D. within 7 days after you send us the inquiry.
・We can’t accept your returns without prior notice.
・Please pack the package as tight as possible, and send it with “Fragile / Handle with Care”.
・If we find more damages on the product other than prior explanation, we may not be able to provided a refund or exchange.
